How it started

Five years ago, Brenda and her partner Josh walked into one of our open houses, not knowing it would change their lives. We shared how we help clients maximize equity, create beauty, and build long-term wealth, and they connected with the approach instantly. Within weeks we were touring every fixer-upper in Norwalk, looking for a diamond in the rough.

The challenge

Their search led to a small ranch in need of love and vision, renovated through a 203K loan and Brenda's already sharp, HGTV-level eye. She transformed the modest property into a stylish showpiece, every corner thoughtfully designed. Two years later we called with exciting news: her capital gains were seasoned. It was time to level up.

What we did

When a raised ranch hit the market under value, contents and all, we acted fast. The timing could not have been better, and just before Super Bowl weekend it was theirs. The next renovation began: opening walls, exposing beams, and creating a bright, modern living space that matched Brenda's bold style.

What happened

Her passion for real estate became impossible to miss. She showed up with her own CMAs and talked market values like a pro. We had planted the seed early, and when her media career plateaued it finally took root. Brenda joined the team in January 2025, before her license was even complete, and six and a half months later she had helped more than ten buyers and sellers in record time. Today she represents a $3.5 million listing in Wilton, on the same open house model where her own journey began.
